Brought in to lead recruiting for this mid-size boutique digital marketing & technology agency with hybrid offices in New York, Chicago, Austin, and Scottsdale in addition to remote teams across the USA. Balancing employee and business needs was key as we transitioned from a fully remote to hybrid business model.
Spring (B2C) | 2020 - 2022
Series B creator commerce startup where I started as their first-in Recruiter and was promoted to Operations Manager, effectively managing teams that I hired. This unique opportunity gave me insight into how great candidates can become great employees - and where HR can better support them throughout the employee lifecycle.
Motive (B2B) | 2019-2020
This telematics SaaS organization achieved series D funding in my first month, propelling it to Unicorn status. I worked with the SMB Sales and Sales Ops teams to scale quickly in our Nashville and Chicago offices.
Esurance (B2C) | 2017-2019
This classic enterprise InsurTech company was the first completely online insurance company. I was the owner of call center hiring for all Sales and Customer Service associates in Sioux Falls, SD & Ogden, UT. I consistently hired 20-30 people per month, leveraging a variety of creative sourcing strategies.
